Pembridge Farmhouse Exterior Decoration

A Full deep clean was carried out to all bare render removing algae and lichen from the renders surface prior to painting. Rotten wood was all repaired using a resin repair system for longevity followed by the respraying of all exterior woodwork including over 15 window units (Combining of sash’s and standard doubles), 2 sets of french doors, 2 standard doors, 1 full porch as well as all fascia boards and soffits to all elevations. The colour scheme was kept to the traditional black and white which reflects superbly on this particular property. The render was in desperate need of repair prior to painting due to significant cracking and some parts were even blown. All necessary repairs were completed prior to the respraying commencing. A mist coat to all fresh render followed by a number of full coats have really given this property the wow factor it so desperately needed.
